How much sugar is in your hiding in your food?

Dr Xand van Tulleken and a team of volunteers look at everyday foods, to guess how much sugar each food releases into the bloodstream.
These include a bagel, a baked potato, white rice, strawberries and more.
And which has more sugar a chocolate muffin or a jacket potato?
As Dr Xand and the team work through the foods, they are in disbelief at the 'shocking amounts' of sugar some foods contain.
Just because a food doesn't taste sweet, it doesn't mean that there's not a lot of sugar going into the bloodstream after you've eaten it.
