Probiotics are live microorganisms, the 'good' gut bacteria. They can help maintain a healthy balance of bacteria in the gut, which is essential for overall health and wellbeing.
2. What size are the capsules?
The Lacpuro Acidophilus capsules are size 0.
3. What's the difference between Probiotics and Prebiotics?
Probiotics are the live bacteria. The 'good' gut bacteria.
Prebiotics are a type of fibrethat our body doesn't digest. Instead it reaches our gut (large intestine) and is fermented by good gut bacteria which feed from it and increase as a result.
4. How do I use Lacpuro Acidophilus capsules?
They’re quick and easy to take, just swallow with water and we recommend 1-3 capsules per day.
Avoid taking with hot food or drink as heat kills bacteria, so wait at least 30 mins before / after you've eaten.
5. What are the ingredients of Lacpuro Acidophilus capsules?
Biofibre Organic Prebiotic Inulin, Rice Flour, MuMag (Rice extract) Rice Concentrate, Bacterial Culture Premix, Vegan HPMC Capsule Shell.
Keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
6. Are they suitable for Vegans?
Yes, they are vegan friendly.
The shelf life is 24 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.
There are 90 capsules in a packet and we recommend taking 1 to 3 capsules a day.

We use compostable mail bags to dispatch your order which are made from sugar cane. While the DPD courier bags are from recycled materials.
