Stoneground Brown Rice Flour (gluten free), Griffonia Seed extract 98% 5HTP, Nicotinamide, Natural Rice Concentrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, HPMC Capsule Shell (vegan).
Are they suitable for Vegans?
Yes, 5-HTP capsules are vegan friendly.
How long will a packet last me?
If you're taking 1 capsule a day, a 60 capsule packet will last 2 months, and if you're taking 2 capsules a day, it will last 1 month.
What's the shelf-life?
The shelf life of 5-HTP capsules is 24 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep your 5-HTP capsules sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Every Golden Greens packet is certified Plastic Neutral+ which means we're offsetting more plastic than we use, by preventing plastic waste from entering our seas.
We would switch to a biodegradable pouch tomorrow if we could, however for the time being they are not recyclable. Currently biodegradable materials are weaker and have a much shorter shelf-life.
These materials start to break down when they come into contact with moisture, making them unsuitable to store and protect organic food powders.
We use compostable mail bags to dispatch your order which are made from sugar cane. While the DPD courier bags are from recycled materials.
