How do I use Organic Chlorella Powder?
5g - 15g (1 - 3 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or a delicious smoothie.
If you've not used it before, we recommend starting off slowly with a small amount, 1/2 - 1 tsp and gradually increasing over time.

100% Certified Organic Chlorella powder.
May contain naturally occurring sulphites.

Where's your Chlorella from?
The organic chlorella is cultivated in Hannain, described by Lonely Planet travel guide, as a tropical island paradise in the South China Sea.
It provides the perfect conditions for cultivating algae, as it's free from pollution and heavy industry.
Our products are certified organic by the Soil Association and are independently tested for their organic purity by SAL labs in Cambridge.
How do I know it's Organic?
It's certified by the Organic Food Federation in the UK, and displays the Organic Logo and license: GB-ORG-04.
Our Organic Food Federation licence is: 02045/21.
How long will a packet last me?
There are approximately 50 teaspoons of Chlorella Powder in a 250g packet.
What is the shelf-life?
The shelf life of Organic Chlorella Powder is 24 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.
When will I receive my order?
All deliveries are now 100% carbon neutral.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same day.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, delivery is usually within 1 - 3 days.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Every Golden Greens packet is certified Plastic Neutral+ which means we're offsetting more plastic than we use, by preventing plastic waste from entering our seas.
We would switch to a biodegradable pouch tomorrow if we could, however for the time being they are not recyclable. Currently biodegradable materials are weaker and have a much shorter shelf-life.
These materials start to break down when they come into contact with moisture, making them unsuitable to store and protect organic food powders.
We use compostable mail bags to dispatch your order which are made from sugar cane. While the DPD courier bags are from recycled materials.
