And it's easy with this simple method: 'Box Breathing'.

Are you sitting comfortably?


We're going to breathe for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, repeat. 


And repeat this cycle of 4-4-4-4, for four minutes
