Skin, Hair & Nails... There are vitamins and minerals in Wheatgrass including vitamins B1, B2 and Zinc, which contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, Zinc to normal hair and nails and Copper to normal hair and skin pigmentation.

Mental Health... Vitamin B1 contributes to normal psychological function. Iron and Zinc to normal cognitive function, and Calcium to normal neurotransmission.
