Organic Spirulina is cultivated in special fresh water pools to maintain a pure, organic environment. Once harvested it's hand-washed and gently dried into a powder.
How to use
Suggested Use: 5g - 15g (1 - 3 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or a delicious smoothie.

Reducing Tiredness... Spirulina contains Vitamins B2 B3, B12 and Iron, and they contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12, Calcium and Iron, contribute to normal energy-producing metabolism. Iron also contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Flatter Tummies & Weight Loss... Spirulina can help as part of your diet plan, because it's high in fibre. High fibre foods help you to feel fuller for longer, so you're less inclined to over-eat.
According to the NHS website, "Fibre has many health benefits. It can help prevent heart disease, diabetes, weight gain, some cancers, and improve digestive health".
However, many of us don't get enough fibre. The UK average is just 14g a day, and you should aim for at least 18g a day. Spirulina contributes to your recommended daily fibre intake, and 15g of Spirulina will provide about 2.4g of fibre.
