Add to anything
You can also add Matcha to other drinks. Just add half a teaspoon to fruit juice, green smoothies, yoghurt or hot or cold water and give it a good whisk.
There's something special in the way Organic Matcha is produced. The tea leaves are covered for two weeks before they are picked.
The darkness forces the matcha leaves to increase the chlorophyll within, making the leaves that special vibrant green colour.
