Health & Beauty from within... Our Organic Chlorella is rich in many vitamins and minerals that are important for your health and wellbeing, for example:
Flatter Tummies & Weight Loss... Chlorella can help as part of your diet plan, because it's high in fibre. High fibre foods help you to feel fuller for longer, so you're less inclined to over-eat.
And according to the NHS website, "fibre has many health benefits. It can help prevent heart disease, diabetes, weight gain, some cancers, and improve digestive health".
However, many of us don't get enough fibre. The UK average is just 14g a day, and you should aim for at least 18g a day. Chlorella contributes to your recommended daily fibre intake, and 15g of Chlorella will provide about 2.4g of fibre.
