Reducing Tiredness... Vitamin B2 and Iron, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, Vitamins B1, B2, Calcium, and Iron to normal energy-producing metabolism, and Iron to normal oxygen transport in the body. Acai is a natural source of antioxidants including vitamins B2, and E. They contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
